Will there be stairs, what kind of shoes should I wear?
If you are playing Escape from the Tower, be aware that there are many stairs, going both up and down. It is an authentic castle tower, after all! Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes (high heels are not recommended!).
I cannot find any dates that I can attend. When would the tickets for next month go on sale?
Please wait for the next update on our Facebook page or subscribe to our mailing list for updates.
I want to play with my friends only. What should I do?
If you would like a team with your friends and do not want other players to join you, please purchase all available tickets for the time slot that suits you.
Are tickets refundable?
No. All sales are final. Please be aware of that our game is a live event, so once the booking is confirmed, refunds, cancellations or reschedules are not accepted.
Are tickets transferable to my friend?
Yes. You can give/sell your tickets to another person.
Can I put all the tickets under my name?
Yes. Please make sure that you (or your friend) bring the tickets.
Can I take photos or video in the room?
No. Cameras are not allowed in the room. No photos or videos are allowed.
Do you have a waiting/cancellation list?
Wouldn’t this be more fun after a few drinks?
Escape games require a sharp and sober mind. Also, you may be grouped with other players, so it’s important that you’re cooperative. Please note if you arrive intoxicated, our staff has the right of refusal, and no refunds will be given.
Can kids play the game?
We recommend our games only for those over 13 years of age. Everyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you offer corporate bookings?
Are our games wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, due to the age and nature of the castle structures, there is no way to make the game locations accessible by wheelchair.
Are there any health risks to playing the game?
No. However, all players should be aware that the tower has 4 flights of stairs and can get quite warm in the summertime. If anyone is feeling sick or ill at any point, one of our staff members will escort you out of the tower.
What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes (high heels will likely not be comfortable, due to the number of stairs you have to climb).
