I cannot find any dates that I can attend. When do the tickets for next month go on sale?

We release tickets every season. Please wait for the next update on our Instagram, Facebook or Twitter or subscribe to our mailing list for updates.

I want to play with my friends only. What should I do?

If you would like a team with your friends and do not want other players to join you, please purchase all available tickets for the time slot that suits you. More information on parties or group bookings can be found here.

Are tickets refundable?

No. All sales are final. Please be aware of that our game is a live event, so once the booking is confirmed, refunds, cancellations or reschedules cannot be accepted.

Are tickets transferable to my friend?

Yes. You can give or sell your tickets to another person.

Can I put all the tickets under my name?

Yes. Please make sure that you (or your friend) bring the tickets.

Can I take photos or video in the room?

No. Cameras are not allowed in the room. No photos or videos are allowed.

Do you have a waiting or cancellation list?

Yes. If your desired game is full,
you can click the yellow “Wait List” button on the booking widget. Everyone on the wait list will be sent an email once a slot opens up, in the order they joined the wait list.

Wouldn’t this be more fun after a few drinks?

Escape games require a sharp and sober mind. Also, you may be grouped with other players, so it’s important that you’re cooperative. Please note if you arrive intoxicated, our staff has the right of refusal, and no refunds will be given.

Can kids play the game?

We recommend our games only for those over 13 years of age, although the minimum age to play is 10. Between the ages of 10-16, for every 4 children there must be at least 1 accompanying adult. Additionally, a waiver signed by a guardian/parent is also needed: please contact us if you require this in advance and we will send you a PDF file.

Are there any health risks to playing the game?

No. However, all players should be aware that there is walking involved in all the games. There are also some stairs, particularly in King of the Bootleggers and Escape from the Tower which is the most active game – the tower has four flights of stairs and can get quite warm in the summertime. If anyone feels unwell at any point, one of our staff members will be able to assist players out of the room.

Will there be stairs, what kind of shoes should I wear?

There are stairs involved all the games – Station M has the fewest, King of the Bootleggers involves some staircases and Escape from the Tower has the most – it is an authentic castle tower, after all! All our games also require some walking so please wear comfortable clothes and shoes (high heels are not recommended!).

Are the games wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, due to the age and nature of the castle structures, there is no way to make the game locations accessible by wheelchair.

Do you offer corporate bookings?

Yes. We’d love to host you and your group of friends or co-workers! Learn more about team building here, or e-mail us at to book a private game.
